Gift Card Policy

All gift card purchases are treated as final transactions. Once a gift card has been issued and completed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under normal circumstances, except where such restrictions are not permitted by applicable law. This means that after purchase, the value stored on the gift card is non-refundable, and any request to reverse the transaction for a cash refund or payment return cannot be accommodated.

When a purchase is made using a gift card and a refund becomes necessary, the refunded amount will not be returned to the original payment method in cash form. Instead, the refund will be processed by issuing a replacement gift card containing the equivalent value. The original gift card used for the transaction will remain unchanged, and the adjustment will be reflected through a newly issued card rather than a reversal to the initial payment method.

Gift cards issued by our platform remain valid for a period of five years starting from the original date of purchase, unless specific local regulations require a longer validity period. Once this validity period has expired, the gift card will no longer be usable, and any remaining balance associated with it will be considered forfeited. Customers are encouraged to use their balance within the validity timeframe to ensure full utilization of the card’s value.

If you currently hold a gift card that has not yet been used, you are free to apply it toward any eligible purchase at any time before expiration. Gift cards are designed to provide flexible spending options across a wide range of available products on the platform, allowing users to choose items according to their preferences and needs.

In terms of usage flexibility, gift cards may be redeemed multiple times as long as a balance remains available. This allows partial spending across different orders until the full value is used. However, gift cards cannot be reloaded once the balance has been fully consumed, meaning additional funds cannot be added to an existing card.

Customers are permitted to use more than one gift card within a single transaction, provided each card contains sufficient remaining balance. At checkout, multiple gift cards may be combined to cover the total order value. However, gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards, as this is not permitted within the system’s payment structure.

Gift cards may be applied to cover the full cost of an order, including product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes, making them a comprehensive payment method for eligible purchases. While most promotional discount codes are not applicable to gift card purchases, some specific promotional campaigns may include exceptions depending on their stated terms and conditions.

In many cases, gift cards can also be used alongside discount codes when completing a purchase, provided the discount is applicable to the items in the order. This allows customers to combine available promotional benefits with stored gift card value where permitted.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in monetary form, or withdrawn under any circumstances, except where required by law. They are intended solely as a store credit mechanism for use within the platform and are subject to the limitations and conditions outlined above.
