Discounts & Promotions Policy

Discounts and promotional codes are offered for a limited time and are subject to specific terms and conditions. These codes are valid only within the designated period, and any attempts to apply them after their expiration will not be honored. It’s important to be mindful of the expiration date to ensure you don’t miss out on savings.

DPI Merchandising, Inc. has the discretion to address any issues regarding the use of discount codes on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that your discount code should have worked, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance. We will review each situation individually to ensure fairness.

There are a few important rules for using discount codes:

Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
Certain discounts are only applicable to specific items, which will either be clearly listed or indicated.
We do not offer price matching with competitors’ prices.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

There are certain exclusions that apply to most promotions and discount codes. While this list may not cover all exceptions, common restrictions include:

Video games
Collector’s Editions
Pre-order items
Sale items

If a promotion or discount is applied incorrectly, DPI Merchandising, Inc. reserves the right to correct the error and void the discount. Please refer to our “Errors” policy in the Terms of Use for more information on this matter.

Here are some frequently asked questions regarding discounts and promotions:

Q: I bought an item, and it later went on sale. Can I get a refund for the price difference?
A: Unfortunately, no. Discounts are only valid during the promotion period, and we do not offer refunds for price differences after a purchase is made.

Q: I bought an item at a discount, and it was further discounted later. Can I get a refund for the difference?
A: No. Similar to the previous question, discounts are valid only during the time they are available, and we cannot issue refunds for future price reductions.

Q: What if another retailer is offering a discount on the same product? Will you price match?
A: No. We do not offer price matching with other retailers.

Q: If another retailer is selling a digital version of a game, will you price match?
A: No. We do not price match digital versions of games from other retailers.

Q: My discount code isn’t working in conjunction with another promotion. Can I use both codes?
A: No. In most cases, promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Only one offer can be applied per transaction.

Q: Can I cancel my order and repurchase the items that are now on sale?
A: While you can cancel your order and attempt to repurchase the items, we cannot guarantee that the products will still be in stock at the time of your second purchase.
